All juices will be shipped frozen with dry ice and will arrive either frozen or at least refrigerated and cold. Juices must be immediately removed and either put in your freezer or refridgerator. Bottles that have thawed can be re-frozen if you like. If your product does not arrive cold please contact us immediately. All frozen products typically ship on Monday or Tuesday at this time to insure arrival prior to the weekend. Frozen products cannot be shipped outside the US.
